Mike Maverick talks with Scott about the foundations of OMEGA (The Organization of Modern Extreme Grappling Arts), the reason for its 1999 sunset, and its new rebirth. He and Scott talk about how he’s gained a following sharing how independent wrestlers can improve their craft, and much more. They discuss Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Shane Helms (his co-host on the Highway to Helms podcast) and many more. Wrestlers need to listen to this man!

Matt Houston then joins Scott to break down the Top Five Bad Gimmick Matches.
