Merry Christmas Eve, everyone! Bored yet? Scott and Matt broke down the Top Ten Matches of 2013. As usual, Scott picked five and Matt picked five. Along the way, many jokes were told, and Houston collapsed on the couch at least twice. Find out why!

Scott visited the CWF Mid Atlantic Sportatorium this week and discussed qrestling, training, and moonshine with the Killbillies. “Barefoot” Bobby O’Neal joined Arik Andrews and Evan Banks for six-man tag action with their old trainer Shawn Christian and the new tag team of Smith and Weston, and the antics of the region’s most popular tag team drew Scott’s interest. Manager/Commentator Nick D stopped in to recite some Shakespeare, and Scott and Houston blathered on like usual. Have a listen!

Ron Sullivan defeated his brother D.V. Sullivan AND his legendary uncle, “the Taskmaster” Kevin Sullivan (who let him win virtually uncontested) to turn the AIWF World Six Man championship into the new AIWF World Wide Web title. He joined Scott for this week’s special interview, and discussed his evolution from fan favorite Ron Sullivan to the angry, vicious, insane Von Hess. He talked about how nobody is safe anywhere, how he aims to save professional wrestling, and his thoughts regarding Louis Moore. (Hint: his claims are quite unusual.)

In addition, Scott and Matt discuss Mickie James’s victory in the seven-woman battle royal on the TNA Impact Zone and the current state of the knockouts division. Does Brooke Hogan have more than one and a half facial expressions? Matt and Scott also discuss wrestlers who think they’re better than they are, and discuss what they’re thankful for this Thanksgiving season.

In addition: Robbie Evil and Chuck King have become one of the most popular tag teams in the AIWF. Under the care of Dr. Sebastian, the pharmaceutical industry has opened up an entirely new side to both members of Dysfunctional Disorder, and it will be interesting to see if they can parlay this new popularity into AIWF Mid Atlantic gold. Chuck King is the King of Tag Teams, after all, and Robbie Evil seems to be a completely different wrestler now. The crowd in Spencer, Virginia popped for Chuck and Robbie like no one else. Could Robbie and Chuck be the next AIWF Mid Atlantic champions? While we’re here, when will Team Throwdown defend the Mid Atlantic Belts again? Their most recent title defense took place in Thomasville, NC on October 6, a full 45 days ago. What gives, and will Team Throwdown be forced to defend their titles as per AIWF bylaws? Time will tell.

Scott and Matt Houston open the show this week by recapping Matt Houston’s narrow escape in Thomasville, discussing how Rob McBride initially beat Matt in 11 seconds to win the title, only for Matt to immediately cash in his rematch clause and escape with the title. Unbeknownst to Matt, Louis Moore interfered while the referee was distracted to give him the win, but Matt retained the Pure Pro Wrestling title nonetheless.

Then, Chris Dice joins Scott for a discussion of the EWC Heavyweight Title situation, as Jimmy Golden defeated Jackie Anderson for the belt two weeks ago. They also discuss Dice’s ongoing recovery from a severe concussion. They also announce that Dice will be a regular guest on the show on a monthly basis.

Later, Scott talks to Sexy KC, the number-one contender for the Supreme Wrestling Entertainment title in Wisconsin. Sexy KC will be taking on his former friend and tag partner Storm for the SWE Heavyweight title on October 13, and taking on The Chief Attakullakulla for the North American Heavyweight Championship in November.

Matt also previews his own North American title shot on October 12 at Fan Appreciation Night in Mount Airy, and they also discuss the World Title match the next day in Spencer, Virginia.

Scott also discusses how wrestlers and promotions could benefit from their own website, citing Go Daddy and web hosting. They also point out that the Facebook’s mafia-style tactics mean that wrestlers and promotions should employ twitter and Google Plus in addition to Facebook to promote themselves.
